Photographer Barbara Peacock began capturing strangers in their bedrooms, eventually developing the project into an in-depth portrait of the American people today.
People in her photographs come from different backgrounds – some of them are friends of the author, and others are just strangers whom she invites to participate in the project in various ways, for example, on social media or by leaving a card with all the information in local businesses.
