Stray Dog Interrupts Live Performance To Comfort Actor Who’s Pretending To Be Injured

While people were watching a street show, a dog was living it. During a recent theatrical performance in Turkey, the script called for actor Numan Ertuğrul Uzunsoy’s character to be injured – but, of course, it was all pretend.

“The character I played was injured and in great pain,” Uzunsoy told The Dodo. “He’d fallen off a horse, and was breathing hard.”

As Uzunsoy lay on the ground, his pretend suffering did not go unnoticed. A concerned stray dog entered – interrupting the play to offer comfort to the “injured” stranger.

The stray dog then huddled right next to the actor and started licking his face, presumably in an attempt to revive him, luckily for us that moment was caught on camera.
